摘要
目的：探讨慢性心力衰竭的临床治疗。方法应用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂卡托普利、利尿剂氢氯噻嗪、β受体阻滞剂美托洛尔、醛固酮受体拮抗剂螺内酯片及地高辛进行治疗。结果56例慢性心力衰竭患者中显效19例，有效35例，无效2例，总有效率96．4％。结论本文中根据患者的病情相对应用卡托普利、氢氯噻嗪、地高辛、美托洛尔、螺内酯治疗慢性心力衰竭，总有效率为96．4％，达到了良好的效果。
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical treatment of chronic heart failure .Methods application of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor Kato Pury , diuretic hydrochlorothiazide, beta blocker metoprolol, aldosterone receptor antagonist Spironolactone Tablets and digoxin therapy.Results in 19 cases, effective in 56 cases of chronic heart failure patients, 35 cases were effective, 2 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 96.4%.Conclusion in this paper according to the patient's condition relative application of Kato Pury, hydrochlorothiazide, digoxin, Mei TORO M, spironolactone in treating chronic heart failure, the total effective rate was 96.4%, a-chieved good results.
