急性心肌梗死患者实施程序化护理的效果

目的：对急性心肌梗死患者的程序化护理疗效进行分析和探讨。方法此次临床研究主要以我院在2010年1月份到2013年1月份收治的100例急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象，采用随机分配的原则，将所有患者分成对照组和实验组，每个组别各50例。对照组患者在临床上主要采用常规护理，实验组患者则实施程序化护理。对两组患者住院情况、并发症以及满意度进行观察和比较。结果实验组患者的平均住院时间明显短于对照组，医疗费用明显少于对照组，实验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组，满意度明显高于对照组，差异存在统计学意义，P＜0．05。结论对急性心肌梗死患者实施程序化护理，能够有效改善患者的预后，能够缩短患者的住院时间，降低患者的并发症发生率，值得推广和普及。
Objective To analyze and discuss the procedure nursing of acute myocardial infarction patients .Methods The clinical research mainly in our hospital in 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction in 2010 January to 2013 January were as the research object,using random allocation principle,all the patients were divided into experimental group and control group,each group with 50 cases in each.Patients in the control group used routine nursing in clinic,patients in the experimental group to implement the program of nursing.On two groups of patients,the complications and the degree of satisfaction were observed and compared.
