烧伤科开展优质护理服务的方法与效果分析

目的：对烧伤科开展优质护理服务的方法以及效果进行分析。方法以我院收治的200例烧伤科患者为研究对象，随机分组。对照组患者主要实施常规护理服务，实验组患者则实施优质护理服务。结果实验组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异存在统计学意义，P＜0．05。结论对烧伤科患者实施优质护理服务，有利于改善患者的预后情况，提高护理工作的质量，值得推广和普及。
Objective To carry out analysis method for quality care in burn department as well as the effect .Methods 200 cases of burn patients admitted to our hospital as the research object, the random grouping.The patients of control group is mainly the implementation of routine care , patients in the experimental group the implementation of high quality nursing service .Results nursing satisfaction of patients in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group , the difference had statistical significance, P<0.05.Conclusion the implementation of high quality nursing service of Department of burn patients , can improve the progno-sis of patients, improve the quality of nursing work, worthy of promotion and popularization.
