摘要
以添加柠檬酸和枸橼酸钠为缓冲剂，制备了组分简单的盐酸氨溴索组合物，并进一步制备了盐酸氨溴索组合物注射液。实验结果显示，该注射液在比较高的pH（5．5-7．0）条件下，活性药物盐酸氨溴索的稳定性较高，更适合人体注射，可以明显减少注射时给患者带来的不适感。
Abstract
By adding citric acid and natrium citricum trihydrate as buffer solution ,ambroxol hydrochloride compound with simple component was prepared ,which further to be made into form of injection.Related results indicated that be alive pharmacy material of injection showed higher stability under high pH range from 5.5 to 7.0,which is more suitable for human injection,resulting in fewer uneasy feeling for patient.
