摘要
头孢美唑钠为头孢菌素半合成抗生素，抗菌活性强。本研究改进了头孢美唑钠制备方法，得到一种高流动性、粒径较大和粒度均一的头孢美唑钠晶体。制备了一种高质量的头孢美唑钠组合粉针剂。考察了影响因素试验、加速试验和长期试验等相关因素进行考察，表明该粉针剂稳定性和澄清度等指标均表现较好，水分含量低，可以作为注射用粉针剂使用。
Abstract
Cefmetazole is the semi -synthetic cephalosporin antibiotic,having strong antimicrobial activities.In this study,by improving the preparation of cefmetazole prepared cefmetazole crystals,said method readily available a high flow resistance,the larger particle size and uniform -particlesizes.Prepared a quality aztre-onam composition.By powder injection on the related factors such as accelerated test ,long-term testing and other related factors,indicating that the powder stability and clarify degree of powder injection and other indicators has good performance,low moisture content,can be used as a vial of powder injection is used.
