摘要
目的:探讨谷氨酸性突触相关兴奋性递质在神经中枢系统催眠及痛觉中的作用机制。方法采用氟氏助剂建立催眠、镇痛大鼠模型,采用Weatern bloting测定NMDA受体及AMPA受体在模型组大鼠谷氨酸性突触中的表达情况。结果与对照组大鼠相比,模型组大鼠AMPA受体蛋白表达量显著上升高,NMDA受体水平显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟氏助剂催眠可作用于谷氨酸性突触中 NMDA受体及AMPA 受体,抑制神经受体兴奋性,从而起到镇痛、催眠的作用。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation excitatory postsynaptic glutamate neurotransmitter in the central nervous system of hypnosis and pain mecha-nisms.Methods Freund's aid to build hypnotic,analgesic rats,measured using Weatern bloting NMDA receptor and AMPA glutamate receptors in the rat model of synap-tic expression.Results Compared with the control group,the expression of AMPA receptor proteins in rat model group increased significantly high levels of NMDA recep-tors significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Freund's adjuvant can be hypnotic effect of NMDA receptor and AMPA glutamate receptors in the synapses,the inhibition of excitatory nerve receptors,which play analgesic,hypnotic effect.
