摘要
本文以笔者参加的某医院电子病历系统建设过程为例，从项目进度管理的角度来阐述项目的实施，讨论了在项目管理中如何科学的使用项目进度管理的理论知识来有效地控制项目各阶段活动的实施，从而降低工期延误的风险，保证项目按期完成。
Abstract
This article uses the medical records system construction process of a certain hospital that I have participated;It also expounds the implementation of project from the perspective of project progress management and discusses how to use the theoretical knowledge of project progress management scientifically in project management to control the implementation of activities in various stages of project effectively ,thereby reducing the risk of schedule delays and ensuring that the project is completed on schedule.
