Objective To study the extracapsular extraction through small incision cataract surgery efficacy for the treatment of acute angle -closure glaucoma ( PACG) .Methods Select in February 2012 to February 2012 in our hospital to accept small incision cataract extraction of 60 cases of acute angle-closure glaucoma pa-tients as the research object,a correction of patients with preoperative visual acuity and intraocular pressure changes were observed ,and for patients after surgery for 6 to 12 months follow -up.Results The patients with postoperative intraocular pressure(15.2 +2.9)mmHg medicine is obviously better than the former(41.11 mmHg +/-5.3)(18.7-5.8)mmHg after mmHg,significant difference(P<0.05)was statistically significant.Postoperative intraocular pressure(iop)increased in 2 patients,u-sing a 0.25% thiamethoxam parlour eye drops of eye drops after cure patients, patients with intraocular pressure under control,60 cases of patients who had no progres-sive vision impairment.Postoperative 2 cases(2 eyes)with diabetic retinopathy patients postoperative visual acuity of 0.1 or less;Six patients(6 eyes)with postoperative visual acuity was 0.2 to 0.2;38 cases(38 eyes)of patients with postoperative strength of 0.4-0.8;14 patients(14 eyes)with postoperative visual acuity 1.0;Patients with postoperative visual acuity was better than preoperative visual acuity,(P<0.05)was statistically significant. Conclusion Small incision cataract extraction and surgi-cal treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma has significant therapeutic effect, the operation has high safety coefficient.
