摘要
目的:通过质控考核提高微生物实验室检测能力,检验人员技术水平,增强实验室竞争力。方法依据国家标准 GB/T4789-2003, GB/T4789-2008,GB4789-2010对质控盲样中食源性致病菌(阪崎肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌、单核细胞增生李斯特菌、副溶血性弧菌、小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌、大肠杆菌O157:H7/NM,志贺氏菌、空肠弯曲菌,溶血性链球菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌)进行分离鉴定。结果经分离鉴定,质控盲样中检出阪崎肠杆菌和单核细胞增生李斯特菌,根据国家食品安全风险评估中心结果反馈,本次考核结论为满意。结论本次质控考核使用选择性强、特异性高的显色培养基及VITEK2 compcat微生物鉴定仪,使检测更加快速、特异、敏感,检测结果更加准确可靠。
Abstract
Objective Through quality control can improve laboratory detection capability ,laboratory technician levels and increasing laboratorycompetition .Method According to the national standard GB/T4789-2003,GB/T4789-2008,GB4789-2010 against food bornepathogens in blind sample quality(Enterobacter sakazakii, Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella,Listeria monocytogenes Lester bacteria,Vibrio parahaemolyticus,enterocolitis Jerson S bacteria,Escherichia coli,O157:H7/NM,Shi-gella,Campylobacter jejuni,hemolytic streptococcus Bacillus cereus),isolation and identification.Result Via isolation and identification,twokinds of food-borne patho-gens(Lister monocytogenes and E.sakazakii)were identification in unknown semi soild medium.According to the National Center for food safety risk assessment results feedback,the appraisal conclusionsatisfactory.Conclusion This Qualitycontrol we use medium with high selection and sensibility VITEK2 compcat made detection more rapid,special and sensibility compared withinternational standards,the detection result is more accurate and reliable.
