摘要
目的：研究护理干预对产妇早期母乳喂养的影响。方法选择2012年4月---2013年8月我院正常分娩的产妇104例，随机分为两组，对照组在孕期给予常规母乳喂养护理，实验组在孕期给予护理干预，对两组产妇早期母乳喂养的护理效果进行分析。结果实验组开奶时间、泌乳量充足、母乳喂养成功率均明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论在孕期给予产妇有效的护理干预，可对产妇早期母乳喂养起到积极的影响，值得临床推广。
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on early maternal breastfeeding .Method select 2012 April to 2013 August in our hospital 104 ca-ses of normal pregnant women,were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received routine nursing care during pregnancy,breastfeeding,the experimental group were given nursing intervention during pregnancy,nursing effect analysis of early breastfeeding women in the two groups.Results in the experimental group,a suffi-cient amount of time to open milk lactation,the success rate of breast feeding was significantly better than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion the effective nursing intervention for women during pregnancy,can be a positive impact on early maternal breastfeeding plays,is worth the clinical promotion.
