摘要
放射治疗作为目前治疗恶性肿瘤的主要手段之一，常与手术治疗或化学治疗进行配合治疗，以提高肿瘤治愈率和患者生存质量，但放射治疗有明显的抑制机体免疫功能的副作用。光动力治疗与放射治疗联合应用抗肿瘤，不仅可以克服各自在临床应用的缺点，而且其协同作用可显著提高疗效，大大降低副作用的发生，是一种有效抗肿瘤的综合治疗方法。
Abstract
As one of the main treatments for antitumor ,radiation therapy often combined with surgery or chemotherapy to improved the cure rate and survival quali-ty of cancer patients,however,significantly inhibited immune function of patients as it’s side effects.Photodynamic therapy combined with radiation therapy,which can no only overcame their own defects in clinical application but also the synergistic effect of them can significantly improved the efficacy and greatly reduced the incidence of side effects,is an effective comprehensive treatment of antitumor .
