摘要
目的：了解眼外伤患儿家长存在的心理问题，采取针对性的护理措施，提高护理效果。方法针对眼外伤患儿的病情特点造成家长的不同心理问题，给予适当的心理护理。结果合理的心理护理提高了患儿家长对医疗护理的依从性，护理效果得到明显提高。结论在我们护理工作中，对患儿家长加强心理护理，通过用“＋-×÷法”即：＋：加一点关怀；-：减一点冷淡；×：乘一点体贴；÷：除去一点焦躁[1]，为患儿医疗护理措施的正常实施营造最佳环境。
