摘要
目的：探讨规范化健康教育在神经内科护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院神经内科在2011年1月至2013年1月收治的患者50例，将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上加强规范化健康教育。结果护理干预后观察组相关疾病健康知识的掌握情况明显优于对照组，且P＜0．05。结论在神经内科患者的护理中加强规范化的健康教育对提高患者自身疾病的掌握情况、促进康复具有重要作用，值得临床推广。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the standardization of health education in neurology nursing care results .Methods Neurology in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were treated 50 patients,all patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,the control group received routine care,observation group strengthened on the basis of routine care standardized health education.Results The nursing intervention related diseases observation group health knowledge to grasp the situation significantly better than the control group,and P<0.05.Conclusion In patients with neurological care to strengthen the standardization of health edu-cation to improve the patient's own mastery of the disease,has an important role to promote rehabilitation,worthy of promotion.
