摘要
目的：了解斜视矫正手术患儿家长焦虑产生的原因、发展及与手术预后的关系，为患儿家长提供良好的心理护理以应对疾病。方法发放焦虑量表及焦虑原因调查问卷。结果患儿整个患病治疗过程中，父母焦虑平均分明显高于正常人群。结论患儿家长的焦虑心理与缺乏疾病相关知识等多种因素有关，可积极采取有针对性的心理干预，使其积极配合，减轻焦虑程度。
