本文对新医改下的医院在管理体系方面面临的挑战进行了探讨和研究，分析了新医改形式下下医院的未来发展趋势，指出了医院管理体系改革的关键点，并给出了医院管理体系改革和创新的相关建议和应对措施。
Abstract
In this paper,under the new medical reform,hospital management system facing challenges are discussed and studied ,it also analyzed the future devel-opment trend of the new medical reform form of hospital,pointed out the key of the reform of hospital management system,and proposed relevant suggestions for reform and innovation of hospital management system and countermeasures.
