Objective This article mainly mental disorders with phlegm and blood stasis pathogenesis clinical feasibility study .Methods After treatment to observe the curative effect of 32 patients with mental disorders ,phlegm and blood stasis in TCM theory is adopted to stagnation method with specific drugs in patients with mental illness.Results 32 cases of patients,26 patients after the treatment,spirit is gradually restored,there is still a intermittent absentminded situation in 4 patients,2 cases of patients with intractable disorder cannot effect a radical cure,treatment of total effective 93.8%,phlegm and blood stasis stagnation method compared with western medi-cine treatment of mental diseases medication time is longer ,but the efficacy of small side effects ,patients with mental illness relapse after recovery probability is low ,and the treatment effect is more ideal,and has a certain drug economy.Conclusion The phlegm and blood stasis stagnation method has significant curative effect in the treat-ment of mental disorders,and has certain practicability and economy,the ability of clinical promotion.
