Objective To analyze X-ray in the diagnosis of peripheral small lung cancer.Methods From June 2011 to June 2012,our hospital 72 cases of periph-eral small lung cancer patients,the implementation of X -ray diagnosis,all patients by the hospital confirmed that belong to the patients with small peripheral lung canc-er,analyze the image data after diagnosis.Results In the X-ray diagnostic images,different symptoms of peripheral small lung disease have different characteristics ,such as the basic situation of burr),leaf and other all belong to the symptoms of peripheral small lung cancer,but the cavitations phenomenon is a kind of lung cancer,Aden carcinoma of common,but in the X -ray image cavitations symptoms are rare.And low kv image flat piece of poor quality,high kv image effect is better,according to the combination of feeling green slice ct,plain film quality significantly better than the former two.Conclusion The X line of peripheral small lung cancer through the capil-laries,burr,cavitations characteristics and so on more than one or two,all belong to the early stage of the suspected peripheral small lung cancer.
