摘要
目的：分析骨科住院患者功能康复的护理方法和护理效果。方法选取我院2012年8月---2013年8月间收治的135名骨科住院患者作为研究对象，对患者在不同的时期实施相应的康复护理措施。对患者护理前后的治疗依从性和生活质量进行分析对比。结果本组患者经过功能康复护理干预后，患者的治疗依从性和生活质量明显提高，治疗前后比较具有明显差异（P＜0．05）。结论对骨科住院患者实施功能康复护理干预可以有效的促进患者早日康复，从而提高了患者的治疗依从性和生活质量，值得在临床应用上推广。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the methods and efficacy of nursing in Department of orthopedics patients with functional rehabilitation .Method 135 Department of orthopedics in our hospital in 2012 August---2013 year in August admitted to the hospital patients as the research object ,the implementation of patients in different periods corresponding nursing measures.Comparative analysis of patients before and after care treatment compliance and quality of life .Results In this group of patients after rehabilitation nursing intervention,the treatment compliance of patients and improved quality of life ,with significant difference compared with those before treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with rehabilitation nursing intervention can promote the recovery of patients in Department of orthopedics ,so as to improve the treatment compliance of patients and quality of life ,worthy of promotion in clinical application .
