摘要
目的：分析阿司匹林联合双嘧达莫治疗脑血栓临床效果。方法126例脑血栓患者按照随机数字表法分组为治疗和对照组，各63例。对照组：使用阿司匹林治疗；试验组：在对照组治疗基础上采用双嘧达莫治疗。对两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应情况进行比较和分析。结果治疗组和对照组的治疗有效率和不良反应发生率分别为98．4％（62/63）、3．2％（2/63）；85．7％（54/63）、11．1％（7/63）；两组患者的治疗有效率和不良反应发生率进行比较，P＜0．05。结论对脑血栓患者采用阿司匹林联合双嘧达莫治疗，有效地改善患者的脑血栓形成情况和其的神经功能，不良反应少，值得推广。
Abstract
Objective To analyze effect of aspirin combined with dipyridamole treatment of cerebral thrombosis .Methods 126 patients with cerebral thrombosis ac-cording to random number table method of grouped into treatment and control group ,63 cases each.Control group:use of aspirin therapy;Treatment group:in the control group treatment on the basis of using dipyridamole.On two groups of patients with therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of comparison and analysis .Results The treat-ment group and control group in the treatment of efficient and incidence of adverse reactions was 98.4%(62/63),3.2%(2/63);85.7%(54/63),11.1%(7/63);The treatment of patients with two groups of efficient and compare the incidence of adverse reactions,P <0.05).Conclusion The use of aspirin in patients with cerebral thrombosis combined therapy with dipyridamole ,effectively improve the patients with cerebral thrombosis and the nerve function ,less adverse reactions,worthy of promo-tion.
