摘要
目的：探讨胰胆管合流异常与胆管囊性扩张症的诊断和治疗方法。方法选取我院于2012年6月---2013年12月诊治的36例胰胆管合流异常与胆管囊性扩张症患者，并分析其诊断与治疗方法，探讨疗效。结果36例患者经手术治疗后，随访6个月-3年，术后疗效优31例（占86．1％），疗效良4例（占11．1％），疗效差1（占2．8％），疗效较满意。结论正确诊断胰胆管合流异常与胆管囊性扩张症，早期选择合适的术式进行治疗，可以达到满意的疗效。
Abstract
Objective To explore the confluence pancreatic abnormalities and the diagnosis and treatment of bile duct cystic expansion .Methods Select our June 2012 to December 2013 diagnosis and treatment of 36 cases of pancreatic and confluence abnormal patients with bile duct cystic expansion ,and analyze the diagnosis and treatment,and explore the curative effect.Results 36 cases of patients after surgery were followed up for 6 months to 3 years,and postoperative effect of optimal 31 cases (86.1%),4 cases(11.1%),curative effect good curative effect difference 1(2.8%),curative effect is satisfactory.Conclusion Correct diagnosis,confluence anomalies and pancreatic and bile duct cystic expansion early choosing appropriate surgical treatment,can achieve satisfactory curative effect.
