摘要
目的：对脑动脉静脉畸形血管内治疗的临床疗效进行分析。方法资料选自2009年1月---2013年4月本院收治的脑动脉静脉畸形患者65例，均给予血管内治疗，并将临床治疗效果作回顾性分析。结果通过血管内栓塞治疗后，AVMs小于3cm 者14例（21．54％），在3-6cm 之间者38例（58．46％），大于6cm者13例（20．00％）。之后随访中，除2例患者出现颅内出现现象外，其余患者的临床症状均有一定程度的改善。结论对脑动脉静脉畸形患者进行血管内治疗，可有效地改善患者的临床症状，但若想进一步提高此病的治愈率，降低死亡率，最好能在血管内治疗的基础上结合放射性或手术切除治疗。
Abstract
Objective for the clinical efficacy of endovascular treatment of cerebral arteries with venous malformation were analyzed .Methods the data selected from January 2009 to April 2013 treated 65 cases of patients with cerebral arterial venous malformations ,endovascular treatment were given,then patients retrospectively ana-lyze the clinical therapeutic effect.Results after embolization,and during follow-up,except 2 cases of patients with intracranial appear phenomenon,the rest of the pa-tient's clinical symptoms were improved to a certain extent.Conclusion endovascular therapy in patients with cerebral arterial venous malformations,can effectively im-prove the clinical symptoms of patients.
