摘要
目的：评价地膜覆盖法杀灭鱼塘及沟渠内钉螺效果。方法选择宝华镇钉螺密度均较高的尹场大塘和戴楼长塘进行前期钉螺密度调查，使用单纯地膜覆盖和碳铵干撒后薄膜覆盖法进行灭螺，并于覆盖后4个月内的每个15日（遇到天气原因可以顺延）监测膜内温度、钉螺密度、钉螺死亡率。结果灭螺前活螺密度分别为：17．4只/0．1m2、13．2只/0．1m2，地膜覆盖灭螺后在4个月内钉螺死亡率先后达到了100％。结论地膜覆盖法（加碳铵或单纯覆盖）可以有效的杀灭钉螺，可以有效避免药物灭螺对鱼类等水生动物的伤害，在水网地区及水生动物养殖区是一种值得推广的灭螺方法。
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of killing oncomelania snails with film mulching in the fish pond and ditch .Methods Select the Baohua town oncomela-nia snails density were higher in Yin Chang Da Tang and wearing a floor length Tang were investigated the oncomelania snails density ,Using a simple plastic film mulc-hing and ammonium bicarbonate dry them after the film covering method for oncomelania snails control ,Each with the cover within 4 months after the 15 day( when the weather reason can be postponed)monitoring membrane temperature,density of oncomelaniasnails,oncomelania snails mortality rate.Results the density of living snail molluscicidal ago respectively:17.4 /0.1m2,13.2 /0.1m2,plastic film mulching Oncomelania snails in mortality after 4 months has reached 100%.Conclusion plastic film mulching method(plus ammonium bicarbonate or simply cover)can effectively kill Oncomelania snails,Can effectively avoid the molluscicide damage to fish and oth-er aquatic animal,In water area and aquatic animal breeding areas should be promoted as a snail control method .
