Study in Xinjiang black propolis act on lymphocyte proliferation in vitro
Objective To study the different concentrations of Xinjiang black propolis extracted by ethanol stimulate the spleen lymphocyte proliferation of Balb /c mice in vitro.Method Xinjiang black propolis did times dilution from 500μg/mL to 1.95μg/mL in each well,add ConA,LPS and cell buffer fluid,all wells culture with Balb/c mice spleen lymphocytes for 48 hours,using CCK-8 method to detect OD 450 value.Result Compared with control groups,Xinjiang black propolis was shown a stronger activity of lymphocyte proliferation at the concentration from 500ug/mL to 62.5ug/mL than blank control;however,its activity was weaker than ConA control. And its immunological functions were shown a positive correlation with its concentrations .Conclusion Xinjiang black propolis can promote lymphocyte proliferation signif-icantly as a nonspecific stimulator .
