目的:探讨MR氢质子波谱多对儿童多发性硬化(MS)的应用价值。方法对24例MS患者和20名健康志愿者行常规MR扫描及1H-MRS分析。测定各感兴趣代谢物氮-乙酰天门冬氨酸(NAA)、胆碱(Cho)、肌酸(Cr)、脂质(Lip)、乳酸(Lac)和肌醇(m1)的浓度及比值在病灶和 NAWM区中的变化。结果 NAA/Cr、Cho/Cr、NAA/Cho、mI/Cr、Lip+Lac/Cr在急慢性斑块与对照组相应脑白质 NAWM区比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论MR氢质子波谱为儿童MS的研究提供重要信息,可用于监测病程进展及评估预后。
Objective To explore the value of The Application Value of 1H-magnetic resonance spectroscopy in children multiple sclerosis.Methods Both 24 pa-tients with MS and 20 healthy volunteers underwent lH-MRS.The Nacetylas Partic acid(NAA),choline(Cho),creatine(Cr),Lipid(Lip),lactic acid(Lac)and my-oinositol(mI)peaks were measured in each region of interest,and NAWM were analyzed.Results NAA/Cr、Cho/Cr and NAA/Cho were significantly different among the Acute plaques,Chronic plaques and the NAWM(P<0.05).Conclusion 1H-MRS provide important information research to children of MS,and can be used for moni-toring and evaluation of the progression of prognosis.
