Discussion of Relation between HBV Intrauterine Infection and Application of Hepatitis B Immunoglobulin during Pregnancy
Objective To discuss the value of application of hepatitis b immunoglobulin during pregnancy for patients with HBV intrauterine infection .Method 103 pregnant and lying-in women whose hepatitis b surface antigens were detected positive were chosen .Among them,53 women and their newborns were given hepatitis b immunoglobulins and marked as observation group while the other 50 women and their newborns were given no special treatments and marked as control group .Occur-rence rates of HBV intrauterine infection of newborns of the 2 groups were compared after deliveries.Result Occurrence rate of HBV intrauterine infection of newborns of observation group was 5% obviously lower than control group 20%(P<0.05);there were 3 cases of HbsAg( +)in observation group and accounted for 5.7% while 12 cases of HbsAg( +)in control group and accounted for 21.8%(P<0.05).Conclusion HBV infection of pregnant woman can lead to intrauterine infection of fetus.In-jection of hepatitis b immunoglobulin for pregnant woman during pregnancy and combined immunization for newborn can effectively reduce occurrence rate of HBV infec-tion.It needs to be further studied and applied.
