摘要
目的：研究小切口肺癌手术采用电视胸腔镜辅助的临床治疗效果。方法选取本院自2012年3月---2013年11月进行肺癌手术90例患者，对其进行分组治疗并观察效果。结果经本院治疗之后，观察组与对照组在手术时间、住院时间、手术出血量、手术置管时间、并发症发生率上存在着显著性差异，P＜0．05，具有统计学意义，两组患者的淋巴结清扫数目上无显著性差异，P＞0．05，无统计学意义。结论采用电视胸腔镜辅助用于小切口肺癌手术之中具有很多优点，值得临床的推广和应用。
Abstract
Objective To study the operation with small incision in lung cancer clinical treatment effect of video -assisted thoracoscopic assisted.Methods The hos-pital from 2012 March---2013 year in November the operation of lung cancer in 90 patients,group therapy and observe the effect on the.Results After the treatment, the observation group and the control group in the operation time,hospitalization time,bleeding volume during operation,operation time,complications of catheterization are significant differences,P<0.05,with statistical significance,two groups of lymph nodes in patients with no significant difference between the number of sweeping,P>0.05,no statistical significance.Conclusion The use of video assisted thoracoscopic surgery for lung cancer operation in small incision has many advantages ,is worthy of promotion and application in clinical .
