摘要
目的：分析腰硬联合麻醉用于腹腔镜妇科手术的麻醉处理效果。方法选取30例腹腔镜妇科手术患者分别实施全麻及腰硬联合麻醉，监测并记录患者各阶段心率、平均动脉压、血氧的饱和度以及呼气结束时的二氧化碳浓度。结果两组患者在不同时段的 HR、MAP及 SPO2均无较大差异，两组患者的PETCO2相比于麻醉前明显更高（P＜0．05），但两组患者所表现出来的差异并不大。结论腰硬联合麻醉可有效应用于腹腔镜妇科手术的麻醉处理。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the waist hard joint anesthesia used for laparoscopic gynecologic surgery anesthesia treatment effect .Methods Selected 30 patients with laparoscopic gynecological surgery,respectively,the implementation of general and waist hard joint anesthesia,monitor and record each stage in patients with heart rate,mean arterial pressure,blood oxygen saturation,and breathe out at the end of the carbon dioxide concentrations.Results Two groups of patients in HR,MAP,and at different times of the SPO were no big difference,compared two groups of patients with PETCO before anesthesia significantly higher(P<0.05),but the patients were similar between the two groups is not big .Conclusion Waist hard joint anesthesia can be effectively applied to the processing of laparoscopic gynecologic surgery anesthe-sia.
