摘要
目的:分析孕前与孕期体重变化对产科并发症的影响。方法选取孕妇200例据孕前身高体重指数分为A、B、C、D四组各50例,选取孕妇300例据孕前-近产期体重变化分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组各100例,统计并发例数,就结果进行对比。结果孕前体重正常者 B组并发率显著低于A、C、D组,体重增加正常者Ⅰ组并发率显著低于Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论育前控制体重,孕期合理控制饮食,能有效抑制产科并发病。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of weight change on obstetric complications during pregnancy .Methods Choose 200 cases of pregnant women according to A new height weight index is divided into A、B、C、D four groups 50 cases each,choose 300 cases of pregnant women,according to the weight change into Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲgroups 100cases,statistical concurrent cases,as the results were compared.Results The pregnancy concurrent rate was significantly lower than normal weight group A、C、D group,normal weight gain Ⅰ group of concurrent rate is significantly lower than Ⅱ、Ⅲ group,significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Before weight control,due to the reasonable diet during pregnancy,can effectively inhibit the maternity concurrency.
