摘要
目的：针对婴幼儿营养不良的门诊诊断情况进行分析并提出适合的处理措施。方法针对我院儿科门诊从2011年4月到2013年4月收治的80例营养不良婴幼儿患者作为研究对象。并通过及时的复诊对患儿的病情进行诊断并及时采取适当的处理措施进行干预。结果显示针对不同程度营养不良的患儿采取了适当的干预措施之后，患儿的情况得到了不同程度的好转，经过治疗性的干预，营养不良的婴幼儿中，治愈的有72例，好转14例，特殊2例。结论针对婴幼儿的营养不良的症状采取及时的诊断和有针对性的及时处理，并且对于家属采取有效的健康知识的教育，能够有效地治疗临床上应有儿营养不良的情况。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the situation for outpatient diagnosis of infant malnutrition and propose suitable measures to deal with .Methods For pediatric out-patient hospital from April 2011 to April 2013 were treated 80 cases of infant malnutrition in patients as research subjects .And through the timely referral of children with the diagnosis of the disease,to take appropriate measures give timely intervention.After the results Showed varying degrees of malnutrition for children taken appropriate interventions,the situation of children has been varying degrees of improvement,after therapeutic intervention,malnourished infants,cured 72 cases,and improved 14 ca-ses,special two cases.Conclusion Take timely diagnosis and targeted treatment for the symptoms of timely infant malnutrition ,and take knowledge of effective health edu-cation for families,the situation should be clinically malnourished children can be treated effectively .
