中药敷贴治疗74例小儿腹泻的护理效果观察

摘要
目的：探讨中药敷贴治疗小儿腹泻的护理效果。方法研究对象为2011年8月---2012年8月我院收治的74例腹泻患儿，随机分为对照组及观察组，每组37例，两组均采用加味香连丸中药敷贴治疗，对照组采用常规护理措施，观察组实施有效护理措施，分析其效果。结果观察组显效21例、有效15例、无效1例，总有效率为97．3％；对照组显效7例、有效15例、无效15例，总有效率为59．5％。结论中药敷贴治疗小儿腹泻辅以有效的护理措施，疗效确切，值得临床上推广应用。
Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of clinical care with the traditional chinese medicine sticking treatment of infantile diarrhea .Methods This study re-cruited 74 diarrhea children admitted in our hospital from August 2011 to August 2012.All children were random divided into two groups(control group and observation group) ,each 37 cases.Two groups were given traditional chinese medicine sticking treatment by Jiawei Xianglian pills .Control group using the traditional care interven-tions,and observation group using the pertinence care interventions,and the clinical effect of the two groups were measured.Result The rate of the total efficiency in the observation group was 97.3% compared with the control group 59.5%.The efficacy of the two groups was significant different(P<0.05).Conclusion Pertinence care interventions was effective in the traditional chinese medicine sticking treatment of infantile diarrhea ,it is worthy of wide application in clinic.
