某三甲医院2013年5月--9月抗菌药物应用情况分析

摘要
目的：了解某三甲医院的抗菌药物使用情况，为抗菌药物的合理应用和科学管理提供依据。方法依据某三甲医院“临床安全合理用药决策系统”的原始数据，采用限定日计量法和金额排序法进行分析。结果该院抗菌药物分10个亚类，共51个品种，头孢菌素类，其他β-内酰胺类，青霉素类销售金额位居前三。单个药品销售金额第一为注射用头孢替安（ J）。用药频度最高的是克拉霉素缓释片。使用强度最高的科室为重症医学科二区。结论该院抗菌药物使用基本合理，但也存在一些问题，仍需规范抗菌药物的合理使用。
Abstract
Objective Know the use of antibiotics in hospital ,For the rational application of antibiotics and provide a basis for scientific management .Method Pur-suant to a hospital“clinical rational drug use in security decision -making system”, original data,Limit your daily dose and amount ranking method for analysis .Results Divided into 10 subcategories of antibiotics in the hospital ,a total of 51 species,Spore of fungi and other β-lactam,Penicillin sales among the top three .Individual drug sales cefotiam amount first injection(J).DDDs is highest,clarithromycin sustained -release tablets.Use the strongest sections of medicine section of the second district. Conclusion The basic rational use of antibacterial drugs in hospitals,but there are some problems still need to regulate the rational use of antibiotics.
