摘要
目的：分析我院中药注射剂不良反应特点，总结临床防治对策。方法对2010年1月至2013年10月我院中药注射剂不良反应发生情况进行总结分析，根据结果探讨分析临床预防对策。结果导致中药注射剂不良反应的主要原因有药品质量不达标、不合理用药、患者过敏体质等。患者性别、年龄等对不良反应发生有一定影响。结论根据不良反应情况，中药注射剂生产中建议引入指纹图谱的技术，完善中药注射剂的质量标准，切实保证药品安全。医师临床上应严格掌握用药的情况从而减少了不良反应的发生。
Abstract
Objective To analyze hospital characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine injection adverse reactions,summarize clinical countermeasures.Methods For January 2010 to October 2013 in our hospital of traditional Chinese medicine injections adverse events were analyzed to explore the clinical preventive measures based on the results.Results Mainly due to adverse reactions of TCM injections are not up to the quality of medicines ,irrational drug use,patient allergies and so on.Gender, age and so have some impact on the incidence of adverse reactions.Conclusion Based on adverse reactions,the production of traditional Chinese medicine injections pro-posed introduction of fingerprint technology,and improve the quality standards of TCM injections,and ensure drug safety.Conditions:Should be strictly controlled clinical medicine physician on reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions.
