新质生产力赋能融合出版新工具:内涵要素、演进逻辑与实践要求

摘要
新质生产力的发展对融合出版新工具提出了更为紧迫的要求.在人工智能技术与数据备受关注的背景下,本研究从"数智技术+出版"的方向出发,遵循"内涵要素—演进逻辑—实践要求"的研究思路,提出出版新质生产力的概念,通过回顾出版生产工具的演变历程,揭示新型生产工具数字化、高效化、智能化、绿色化四个方面的演进机理,明确出版数智化建设的四维进路.本文认为,"数智技术+出版"的顺利推进,要在明确出版新质生产力内涵要素的基础上,遵循新型生产工具数智化演进机理,创新出版新政策、数字新基建、数智化新工具和新技术人才四维路径,培育引进高素质创新人才,特别是深化其版权素养,进一步激发出版业创新活力.面对新质生产力加持的数智化时代,研究基于出版新质生产工具的视域,探讨数智技术对出版的赋能作用及其深层次影响,对催生融合出版新工具、拓展数智化出版的研究范畴、推进出版深度融合发展具有重要意义.
Abstract
The development of new quality productivity has put forward more urgent requirements for new tools of convergent publishing.Under the background of artificial intelligence technology and data attracting much attention,this study starts from the direction of"Digital Intelligence Technology+Publishing",follows the research idea of"connotative elements-evolutionary logic-practical requirements",puts forward the concept of new quality productivity of publishing,and reveals the four aspects of digitalisation,efficiency,intelligence and greening of new production tools by reviewing the evolution of publishing production tools.The study concludes that the smooth promotion of"Digital Intelligence Technology+Publishing"should be based on the elements of the new productivity of publishing,follow the evolution mechanism of the new production tools of digital intelligence,and innovate the four-dimensional path of the new publishing policy,new digital infrastructure,new digital intelligence tools and new technical talents,particularly by deepening copyright literacy to further stimulate innovation in the publishing industry.In the face of the era of digital intelligence supported by new quality productivity,the study is based on the perspective of publishing new quality production tools,to explore the role of digital intelligence technology on the empowerment of publishing and its deep-seated impact,which is of great significance in generating new tools for integrated publishing,expanding the scope of research on digital intelligent publishing,and advancing the development of deep integration of publishing.
