2023年广州知识产权法院版权典型案例及评析

摘要
2023年,广州知识产权法院共受理版权纠纷案件3149件,其中,一审案件1773件,二审案件1344件,其他案件32件;审结版权纠纷案件1524件,其中,一审案件501件,二审案件1006件,其他案件17件.一年来,广州知识产权法院较好地完成版权案件审判工作,审结了一批具有典型意义的案件,现选取其中具有代表性的案例向读者介绍.
Abstract
In 2023,the Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court dealt with a total of 3149 copyright dispute cases,including 1773 first-instance cases,1344 second-instance cases,and 32 other cases.The court concluded 1524 copyright dispute cases,including 501 first-instance cases,1006 second-instance cases,and 17 other cases.Over the past year,the Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court successfully carried out the adjudication of copyright cases,resolving a number of cases with significant implications.Some of the most representative cases have been selected for introduction to the readers.
