2023年,杭州互联网法院共受理版权纠纷案件2311件,审结2196件,在较好地完成整体版权案件审判工作的同时,贯彻公正与效率主题,不断更新审判理念、创新审判机制、延伸审判职能,高水平服务保障杭州市国家知识产权示范区建设阔步迈进,审慎审理了虚拟数字人、人工智能、数字藏品、网络文化等领域的版权案件,现选取其中具有代表性的案例向读者介绍.
Abstract
In 2023,the Hangzhou Internet Court dealt with a total of 2,311 copyright dispute cases and concluded 2,196 of them.While successfully completing the overall adjudication of copyright cases,the court adhered to the principles of fairness and efficiency,continuously updating its judicial concepts,innovating its trial mechanisms,and extending its judicial functions.This high-level service has effectively supported the advancement of Hangzhou as a national intellectual property demonstration zone.The court prudently adjudicated copyright cases in emerging fields such as virtual digital humans,artificial intelligence,digital collectibles,and online culture.Below,we present some representative cases for readers.
