2023年广州互联网法院版权典型案例及评析

摘要
2023年,广州互联网法院共受理版权纠纷案件10171件,主要集中于作品信息网络传播权纠纷,占比92.33％,审结版权纠纷案件10492件,调撤率高达74％.广州互联网法院在深化溯源治理、坚持和发展新时代"枫桥经验"的同时,立足司法职能,坚持能动司法,审理了一批具有典型意义的案件,现选取其中具有代表性的案例向读者介绍.
Abstract
In 2023,the Guangzhou Internet Court accepted a total of 10,171 copyright dispute cases,with the majority(92.33％)involving disputes over the right of communication of works through information networks.The court concluded 10,492 copyright cases,with a high settlement rate of 74％.While deepening source tracing governance and adhering to and developing the"Fengqiao Experience"of the new era,the Guangzhou Internet Court,based on its judicial functions and a proactive judicial approach,has handled a number of cases with significant precedential value.This article selects and introduces some of the most representative cases to the readers.
