2023年,长沙法院共审理版权侵权纠纷案件3000余件.一年来,长沙法院版权司法保护工作取得明显成效.全市两级法院不断强化版权司法保护力度,依法公正高效审理各类版权案件,着力服务经济社会发展大局,营造鼓励和保护创新的良好营商环境,全力护航新质生产力发展,为建设现代化新湖南和推动新时代中部地区崛起提供有力司法服务和保障.
Abstract
In 2023,courts in Changsha handled more than 3000 copyright infringement cases.Over the past year,significant progress has been made injudicial protection of copyright by Changsha courts.The city's two-tier court system has continuously strengthened judicial protection copyright,ensuring fair,impartial,and efficient handling of various copyright cases.These efforts aim to serve the overall economic and social development,foster a business environment that encourages and protects innovation,and fully support the development of new productive forces.This provides robust judicial services and guarantees for building a modernized Hunan and promoting the rise of the central region in the new era.
