我国出版专业版权人才培养与国际借鉴

摘要

版权已成为我国出版业高质量发展的内生性动力和底层商业逻辑,需要规模宏大、熟悉出版业务的版权人才队伍.本文在调研国内外高校出版专业版权课程设置基础上,借鉴国际出版专业版权人才培养经验,探索我国出版专业版权人才培养新途径.国外版权人才培养呈现出以服务产业为导向、学界业界双导师制、注重实践教学的特点,课程设置体系化、符合经验学习规律、重视国际化是其特色.我国出版专业版权人才培养应秉持包容开放的态度,在充分借鉴国际出版教育经验的基础上,从如下三方面探索提升版权人才自主培养水平和质量之路:完善版权课程体系,跨学科培养人才;理解产学合作育人模式本质,有效提升人才培养质量;重视国际出版教育,培养外向型出版与版权人才.

Abstract

Copyright has become an intrinsic driving force and underlying business logic for the high-quality development of China's publishing industry,necessitating a large-scale team of copyright professionals who are familiar with publishing practices.Based on research into the copyright curriculum offerings in domestic and international universities'publishing programs,this paper draws on international experiences in training publishing and copyright professionals to explore new pathways for cultivating copyright talent in China's publishing sector.Internationally,the training of copyright professionals tends to be industry-driven,adopts a dual mentorship system involving both academia and industry,and emphasizes practical teaching.The curriculum is systematic,aligned with experiential learning principles,and places importance on internationalization.In China,the cultivation of publishing-related copyright talent should adopt an inclusive and open attitude.Drawing on international publishing education experience,this paper proposes three areas to explore for enhancing the self-sufficiency and quality of copyright talent development:improving the copyright curriculum system and fostering interdisciplinary talent;understanding the essence of industry-academia cooperation in talent development and effectively improving training quality;emphasizing international publishing education to cultivate outward-oriented publishing and copyright professionals.
