摘要
2023年,景德镇两级法院共受理版权纠纷民事案件392件,刑事案件1件,较上年度增长35.52％;审结版权纠纷案件384件.两级法院坚持版权侵权赔偿的市场价值导向,充分发挥司法审判对创新的引导、保障和辐射带动作用,审理了一批具有典型意义的案件,现选取其中具有典型意义的案例向读者介绍.
Abstract
In 2023,the two-level courts in Jingdezhen accepted a total of 392 civil cases and 1 criminal case related to copyright disputes,marking a 35.52％increase compared to the previous year;384 copyright dispute cases were concluded.The two-level courts adhered to the market value orientation of intellectual property infringement compensation,fully leveraging the guiding,safeguarding,and radiating role of intellectual property trials in innovation.A number of cases with typical significance were adjudicated,and this paper selects some of the cases with typical significance to introduce to the readers.
