Marine terminology is the basis of marine discipline construction and information exchange,and it is of great significance in ensuring and promoting the development of marine science and technology.This paper sorts out the problems in the process of standardization of ocean terms,analysis the causes of the problems,and puts forward some measures and suggestions to improve the current work of standardization of ocean terms.
