With the development of the economy and the improvement of consumer consumption levels,people's demands for the quality of goods and services are becoming higher and higher.The establishment of a quality consumption environment evaluation index system is important for evaluating the level of the consumption environment,improving the quality of consumption,promoting consumption upgrading and expanding domestic demand.This paper proposes a method for constructing a quality consumption environment index system based on the Kano model,which provides effective guidance and decision-making reference for the selection of quality consumption environment evaluation indexes and evaluation methods.
