Applied standard is a minority category of standards,and there are few people who have experience in the preparation of such standards,so it is necessary to conduct research on the subject of the preparation of applied standard.Taking the application specification of Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)technology in Blood Stations as an example,this paper discusses the issues that should be paid attention to.Such as the key point,implementation procedure,relevant experience.It has important reference value for relevant institutions which want to write applied standard.
