摘要

人力资源作为公司的核心所在,是公司不可缺少的重要组织,我们应该明确各岗位工作职责和工作流程,有效减少因某些岗位人员异动而导致的工作运作不顺畅,同时应该建立企业标准化人力资源管理体系,以此形成标准的工作流程和规范制度,从而从整体上对企业的人力资源标准化水平进行提升.以下将围绕为什么要标准化以及如何标准化展开道来,希望可以给阅读本篇文章的读者在日常人力资源管理工作中带来一些新的思路和火花.

Abstract

As the core of a company,Human Resources(HR)are an indispensable and important organization.Firstly,the company should clarify the job responsibilities and workflow of each position in order to effectively reduce the unsmooth operation of work which caused by personnel changes in certain positions.At the same time,we should establish a standardized Human Resource management system for the company in order to form standard workflow and normative systems.Within this help the company could improve the overall level of human resource standardization.The following will focus on why standardization is necessary and how to standardize,hoping to bring some new ideas to Human Resource management readers.
