As the core of a company,Human Resources(HR)are an indispensable and important organization.Firstly,the company should clarify the job responsibilities and workflow of each position in order to effectively reduce the unsmooth operation of work which caused by personnel changes in certain positions.At the same time,we should establish a standardized Human Resource management system for the company in order to form standard workflow and normative systems.Within this help the company could improve the overall level of human resource standardization.The following will focus on why standardization is necessary and how to standardize,hoping to bring some new ideas to Human Resource management readers.
