摘要

中国作为世界第一大石材生产国、出口国、消费国,因优质天然石材所独具的美观性、高雅性以及耐久性,深受建筑等行业的广泛青睐.但人们对石材的品质和性能了解得还不是很多,加之目前石材的市场尚不规范,提供石材的矿山及加工企业大多规模较小,缺乏专业技术人员,造成劣质石材产品充斥市场的局面.使用了劣质石材产品,不但降低了工程的质量等级,而且也损害了业主和施工方的利益,在群众中产生不好的影响.石材检测对于准确判断石材的种类以及正确地选用石材具有重要作用,而光谱技术具有方便、快捷、准确和无损检测等优势,能够有效提高检测质量,大大减少石材资源的浪费.因此,为了能够在石材检测中充分发挥光谱技术的应用优势,促进石材检测工作中精确度越来越高,本文首先阐述了石材检测中光谱技术的应用优势,并提出了石材检测中光谱技术的应用,以期为提升石材检测水平提供一定的参考作用.

Abstract

As the world's largest producer,exporter and consumer of stone,China is widely favored by the construction industry because of its unique beauty,elegance and durability of high-quality natural stone.However,people do not know much about the quality and performance of stone,coupled with the current stone market is not standardized,stone mining and processing enterprises are mostly small scale,lack of professional and technical personnel,resulting in inferior stone products flooding the market.The use of inferior stone products not only reduces the quality level of the project,but also damages the interests of the owner and the construction side,and has a bad impact on the masses.Stone detection plays an important role in determining the type of stone accurately and selecting stone correctly,and spectral technology has the advantages of convenient,fast,accurate and nondestructive testing,which can effectively improve the quality of detection and greatly reduce the waste of stone resources.Therefore,in order to give full play to the application advantages of spectral technology in stone detection and promote the accuracy of stone detection work,this paper first describes the application advantages of spectral technology in stone detection,and puts forward the application of spectral technology in stone detection,in order to improve the level of stone detection to provide a certain reference.
