居民生活服务业是指面向居民基本生活服务、保障和改善民生的重要行业.由于行业普遍存在准入标准较低、标准缺失等问题,价格乱象时有发生.加强和创新居民服务业治理方式,完善价格机制,提升行业标准化、规范化水平,是当前时期居民服务业发展面临的重要任务.本文针对居民服务业的价格乱象以及服务质量方面的问题和短板,提出以标准规范行业价格行为的政策建议.在重点行业探索应用标准化手段加强行业自律、维护居民服务业市场秩序的标准化建设路径.
Abstract
The resident living service industry is an important industry to provide basic living services,safeguard and improve people's livelihood.Due to the low access standards and lack of standards in the industry in general,price disorder occurs from time to time.Strengthening and innovating the governance of the residential service industry,improving the price mechanism,and enhancing the standardization and standardization of the industry are important tasks facing the development of the residential service industry in the current period.In view of the price chaos in the residential service industry and the shortcomings,the policy recommendations to standardize the price behavior of the industry.In key industries to explore the application of standardized means to strengthen industry self-regulation,to maintain the standardization of residential services market order construction path.
