标准化是一种重要的科学管理、系统规划、协调规范的技术手段,标准体系构建是标准化工作的重要手段之一.本文从相关法律、法规、政策、规划,以及通用基础标准、技术标准和管理标准等方面构建了档案安全标准体系框架,以期更好地指导档案安全标准化工作.
Abstract
Standardization is an important technical means of scientific management,system planning,coordination and standardization,and the construction of standard system is one of the important means of standardization work.This paper constructs the framework of archives security standards from the aspects of relevant laws and regulations,policy planning,relevant standards,as well as general basic standards,technical standards and management standards,in order to better guide the standardization of archives security.
