世界百年变局加速演进,国际环境发生深刻变化,我们前进道路上还面临很多风险挑战.围绕加快构建新发展格局,推进粤港澳地区高质量发展,需要找到新动能、新赛道、新模式,需要引进新理念、新思维、新方法.强化产品质量管理,促进贸易的国际化、加强规则的互联互通,强化标准计量检测认证的国家质量基础设施系统管理成为重要的现实选择.
Abstract
The world is undergoing accelerated changes in a century and the international environment is undergoing profound changes.We still face many risks and challenges on our way forward.To accelerate the building of a new development pattern and promote the high quality development of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,we need to find new drivers,new tracks and new models.It introduce new concepts,new thinking and new methods.Strengthening product quality management,promoting the internationalization of trade,strengthening the interconnection of rules,and strengthening the nationinfrastructure system management of standard measurement testing and certification have become important realistic choices.
