摘要
企业质量基础设施(EQI)是国家质量基础设施(NQI)的重要组成部分.标准、计量、合格评定(包含检测、检验、认证、认可)作为质量基础设施的三大核心要素和基础能力,是企业控制和提升产品质量的关键.当前,部分装备制造企业存在质量基础能力薄弱、质量管理水平不高、技术创新内驱力不足、产品和服务竞争力不强等难点痛点.本文结合泸州市装备制造业链主企业质量提升行动,分析了企业质量基础能力现状和问题,提出了提升企业质量基础能力的具体举措.
Abstract
Enterprise Quality Infrastructure(EQI)is an important part of National Quality Infrastructure(NQI).Measurement,standards,and conformity assessment,as the three core elements and basic capabilities of quality infrastructure,are the key to controlling and improving product quality for enterprises.At present,some equipment manufacturing enterprises face difficulties and pain points such as weak quality infrastructure,low quality management level,insufficient internal drive for technological innovation,and weak competitiveness of products and services.Based on the quality improvement actions of Chain Master Enterprise of Luzhou equipment manufacturing industry,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of enterprise quality basic capabilities,and puts forward specific measures to improve the basic quality ability of enterprises.
