摘要
封面是标准化文件的必备要素,每一个标准化文件都应有封面,封面显示标准化文件的文件名称、文件的层次或文件类别、文件代号、文件编号、国际标准分类号、中国标准文献分类号、发布和实施日期、发布机构等,读者通过这些信息可以从整体上快速识别该文件,所以封面的每一项信息都应清晰、准确、规范.本文梳理了标准编写中封面标准名称英文译名不规范、被代替标准信息不准确、标准编号标识错误三种常见的问题,并结合具体案例,进行原因分析给出相应的编写建议,提高标准编写的规范性和准确性.
Abstract
Cover is an essential element of standardizing document.Each standardizing document should have a cover,which shows the name of the standardizing document,the level or category of the document,the document code,the document number,the international classification of standards number,the Chinese classification system number,the issue date and implementation date,the issued institution,etc.,through which users can quickly identify the document as a whole.Therefore,every piece of information on the cover should be clear,accurate and standardized.This article sorts out three common problems of the cover of standardizing document:non-standard English translation of cover standard name,inaccurate information of substituted standard and wrong identification of standard number,analyzes the reasons and illustrates the problem with relevant examples,so as to improve the standardization and accuracy of writing standardizing document.
