摘要
在国家标准中,外文字符的使用是极其普遍的.外文字符有大小写、正斜体、黑白体之分,使用中应严格遵循一定的规则.若不注意区分,则会造成歧义、混淆,甚至严重的差错.本文对外文字符在国家标准中的使用规则进行适当的梳理、总结,旨在为标准起草、编辑等相关工作提供参考.
Abstract
In the national standard,the use of foreign letters is extremely common.Foreign letters are divided into case,italic,black and white,and should strictly follow certain rules in use.If you do not pay attention to the distinction,it will cause ambiguity,confusion,and even serious errors.On the surface,the annotation of foreign letters is more complex,difficult to master skillfully and accurately,in fact,careful consideration found that there are still certain rules to follow.This paper will sort out and summarize the rules of the use of foreign characters in the national standard,aiming at providing reference for the relevant workers such as the drafting and editing of the standard.
